AB Media, Inc. is seeking a talented, experienced and deadline-driven marketing professional to serve as our Marketing
Associate. This highly engaged, proactive and goal-oriented individual will be responsible for assisting in the execution of our marketing strategies, including audience engagement and development.
The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of solid B2B marketing experience working in a fast-paced organization and a sharp attention to detail. Preferably, this candidate should also be knowledgeable of industry trends and highly skilled in content creation, digital and social media strategies, and developing new ideas to help bring in new business/revenue for the organization.

Job Duties Include:
- Developing and editing marketing messaging to ensure it is effective, flows well and is grammatically correct
- Expanding our social media footprint by formulating impactful, meaningful conversations with our digital followers that connects and unites our audience to our brands
- Coordinating marketing execution efforts with our in-house production team to ensure deadlines are met and projects remain on task per the larger marketing plan
- Working with the Marketing & Audience Development Manager to help identify marketing/messaging gaps
- Understanding of Google Ads platform to assist with campaign management for our event, editorial support and circulation efforts, and supporting sales teams as needed
- Assisting with sales site updates for all brands (Athletic Business, AB Show, AQUA and Wood Floor Business)
- Assisting the Marketing & Audience Development Manager with leading our brand, marketing strategy and lead-generation efforts for all four brands.
- Analyzing marketing and sales metrics and converting them to valuable insights to help improve our marketing strategy, messaging and approach
- Assisting in other projects as assigned based on business needs
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing with a minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in B2B marketing execution
- Passion for developing engaging marketing messaging and initiatives that drive results
- Proven success in past lead-generation marketing efforts with measurable results and examples
- Excellent written, communication and presentation skills
- Thorough understanding of digital and social media best practices
- Ability to pair creative strategy with larger business goals and objectives
- Team oriented and comfortable working with multiple departments/colleagues on any given task
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with exceptional sense of accountability
- General understanding of the Google Ads platform, best practices for search and retargeting campaigns and analyzing results to make campaign improvements
